TGIC chemical composition and its distribution analysis
TGIC is the abbreviation of temperature gradient interaction high temperature chromatography, which uses the adsorption and desorption of polyolefin chains and TGIC columns and the combined effect of crystallization properties to achieve the separation and characterization of different components of polyolefin at a certain solvent flow rate and temperature change. In particular, some non-crystalline parts that cannot be analyzed by crystallization classification technology can be analyzed by TGIC. The analysis of special polyolefins such as elastomers and block polyolefins is the main analysis field of TGIC.
Information on the chemical composition of the sample and its distribution and information on the comonomer content, including the soluble fraction, can be obtained. The chemical composition and distribution of soluble substance and CCD characterization of special polyolefins such as block polymers cannot be achieved by traditional crystallization techniques TREF and CEF. CH3/1000C of the sample can be directly obtained by matching IR4 component probe or IR5.
