Characterization of CFC molecular weight and chemical composition and its distribution (CCD)

The multifunctional polyolefin comprehensive characterization analyzer CFC is a fully automatic combined analyzer using temperature rising elution fractionation technology (TREF) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC), which can simultaneously realize the characterization of molecular weight and its distribution (MWD) and chemical composition and its distribution (CCD). CFC can complete the chemical composition and molecular weight and its distribution of complex comonomers in a short time (in the past, it usually takes several days) and the detailed analysis of complex polyolefin blend products.

Three-dimensional spectra of temperature, molecular weight and chemical composition distribution data can be obtained, and the microstructure of the sample can be comprehensively analyzed like a super microscope. That is, the molecular weight and its distribution and the number of kilocarbon methyl groups of each chemical component at each temperature can be seen, and the chemical composition of each molecular weight component can also be understood in detail.
